Socials - Kathy Montgomery is our new social chairman with help from Kim Ernsting. They are planning to put a full calendar of events on the webpage to keep everyone informed of pool social happenings. Some of the hot activities from last year that will be were the Kids Parties, Teen Parties, Sunday Potlucks, Late Night Swims.
The Memorial Day kickoff will be a great Pancake Breakfast again. The Cook's Nights Out were success where families ate dinner at the pool by ordering as a group from local restaurants. Many other suggestions came forward such as a game night where Euchre, Bunko, or Mahjong might be played. There is a Bridge group that uses the pool in the afternoons. Seniors suggested that activities be set up for their inclusion.
"The Social Committee is looking for ideas for activities to add to our social calendar for a "fun in the sun" summer at Rolling Hills in 2007. Any and all ideas are appreciated! We are also looking for volunteers to help us with the various events throughout the summer and hope you can help us. Please remember that the success of our events depends on the total membership of Rolling Hills and the more help we have, the more activities we can plan.
